How do I use the Badog help site??
Welcome to the Badog Help server. We have put together a simple way for our clients to get help for their many products and machines. In order to assure quality, safety, traceability and speed we cannot offer telephone or mail help for any product or warranty claim. With the exception of sales, all inquiries must come through this server.
Step 1: Point your browser to www.badogcnc.com. This is the help server for all Badog products and it is also the server where you can download documents and software
Step 2: If you feel more comfortable in another language you can change the language to French or German
Step 3: click the set up account button if you have not already done so. This server is not the same as our Badog.ch server and even if you have an account there you must make another account here.
Step 4: Fill in all of the details of your account so that we know who you are
Step 5: Here you confirm that you accept our conditions please read them because it is strictly impossible to purchase from us or to open a help account with us without accepting our conditions.
Step 6: Now the account needs to be configured. Click the log in and log into your account with your email and the password that you have chosen
Step 7: Click the my account link to access your profile.
Step 8: click the view account information to access your information
Step 9: In order for us to validate your purchase and activate your software or in order to respond to your questions we need to know all of this information. If you do not know the answers to these questions we can look them up for you. We cannot respond to your questions without this information.
Step 10: click the support help desk ticket to open the helpdesk. If you are looking for downloads at this time you can click the “downloads” link where you will find documents, help pdfs and software relevant to our products.
Step 11: In the helpdesk you will be able to open a new ticket, respond to the ticket, view or reopen old ticket, open warranty claims or close tickets.
In order to assure quality and safety we remind all clients that after your mandatory instruction we cannot offer any telephone, sms, letter or visits for help or warranty claims. All communication must pass here on our help server. All other forms of communication are never considered and we are not responsible for them in any way.
